Substitute Boca burgers for hamburger in any dish. You might want to try

some spicy dishes first like tacos, spaghetti sauce, sloppy Joes, chile, etc.

Good luck,

Hi, I am trying to help my family transition from being a primairly

meat and potates family to a family that eats much more or all

vegetarian foods. I am looking for some very good tasting transiting

recipes that will definately " sell " my family on eating less meat. I

would like these recipes to be high in protein as well. Any

suggestions?

This was posted a while ago...but I think it is *SO* good. I substitute

crumbles for the better than burgers (if I have them around) and sautee

rather than microwave the onions (don't have a microwave).
