Rave review about --- Quorn (brand name) - Garlic and Herb Cutlets

At our house, we aren't big on meat substitutes. Morningstar Corn Dogs is our

one exception because they are just plain good.

BUT... I HAVE JUST FOUND A HUGE WINNER.....that I want to shout about. Last

night, I raved and raved as I ate one of these...and I finally had to get up and

go get the box to assure myself this was not made of chicken!

They sell them at my regular supermarket even!

2 (3.5 oz) cutlets per box... 1 = 200 calories, 1 g sat fat, 10 g protein,

dietary fiber 4 g, 0 cholesterol, 610 sodium.

Allergy concerns: does have egg, wheat and milk.

Is made from mushrooms, I believe it says.

We served with a feta cheese dressing to dip them in. I kept thinking they

would be awesome in a Wendy's like sandwich...with melted cheese and tomato and

lettuce... Or in salads.

I kid you not, this stuff is unreal. I doubt anyone would know it's not

chicken.

PS: They also sell nuggets, put they are not spicy and I didn't care for them

as much. The cutlets, with the garlic and herb coating, on the other hand, are

just plain to die for!
