Guest guest
hi dudes: i found this recipe for agar jello in a magazine, and it seemed timely, given the recent question. as i don't have mastercook, i have tried to copy the format; i hope it turned out to be readable by that program. anitra Agar Jello Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups fruit juice 3 tablespoons agar flakes 1 cup sliced fruit (eg bananas, peaches, strawberries) 1. Heat juice and agar in a pan until they boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, until flakes are dissolved. 2. Remove from heat and stir in fruit. 3. Pour into serving bowls and chill for one hour or until firm. MAKES 4 SERVINGS
