Top with water so that the figs are covered in juice. * Cover the bowl with a plate and leave to soak overnight in the fridge. The figs will swell and plump up as they absorb the juice. * To serve, sprinkle the seeds over the figs and top with yogurt. Soaked in freshly squeezed orange juice, the figs become plump and can't be bettered. They are a great way to start the day. Serve with a generous helping of Greek yogurt. I would recommend soaking a large amount of figs at one go so that they can be enjoyed throughout the week. (SERVES 4) Nutr.
