Whisk eggs and milk together; set aside. COOK and stir onion and green pepper with oil in oven-proof 10-inch skillet, on medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add potatoes, breakfast link pieces and seasonings; cook 3 minutes more. Remove from heat; sprinkle with cheese. Pour in egg mixture. BAKE 40 to 45 minutes or until set in center. Makes 6 servings. Tips: Bake mixture in 10-inch quiche dish or pie plate sprayed with no stick cooking spray if no oven-proof skillet available. Substitute 10 large egg whites for eggs, if desired. MIX ricotta cheese, Parmesan, egg white, basil and garlic in small bowl. Spread 1 cup of the sauce mixture in bottom of greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with half of the noodles, half of the ricotta cheese mixture, 1 cup sauce mixture and 1 cup mozzarella cheese; repeat layers. BAKE at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Makes 8 servings. Make Ahead Tip: Prepare as directed, except for last layer of mozzarella cheese. Refrigerate, covered, up to 24 hours. Bake, covered, 45 minutes. Top with reserved cheese; bake 5 minutes more.
