Toaster Waffle Wraps

2 frozen multigrain or whole wheat waffles

2 frozen boca meatless breakfast links

syrup

 

TOAST waffles. Meanwhile, microwave links as directed on package, 30 seconds.

PLACE 1 link in center of each waffle. Fold waffles in half over links. Dip in

syrup. Makes 2 servings. Great Substitute: Great with low fat waffles and light

syrup. Special Extra: • Waffles can be lightly spread with your favorite fruit

spread or jam before adding link. • Make toaster waffle sandwich by cutting

links in half lengthwise and serving between 2 toasted waffles. Makes 1 sandwich

Speedy Boca Pasta Sauce

1 28 ounce jar spaghetti sauce

2 1 cup pouches frozen boca meatless ground burger

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 clove garlic -- minced

 

Pour spaghetti sauce into large saucepan. Stir in 2 cups frozen BOCA Ground

Sausage and 1 tsp. each dried basil, oregano and minced garlic. Bring to boil;

reduce heat and simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve over

hot cooked pasta. Makes 6 servings.

Santa Fe Stuffed Peppers

1 pouch (1 cup) frozen boca meatless original ground

burger

1/2 cup frozen corn

1 cup salsa -- divided

3/4 cup cooked brown or white rice

1/2 cup shredded cheddar & monterey jack cheese

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

1 large bell pepper -- cut in half lengthwise, seeds removed

 

HEAT and stir ground burger, corn and 1/2 cup of the salsa in nonstick skillet

on medium heat 5 minutes or until thawed. Remove from heat. Stir in rice, cheese

and cilantro. MIX remaining 1/2 cup salsa and 2 Tbsp. water in bottom of 8-inch

glass baking dish. Spoon burger mixture firmly into pepper halves; place in

dish. Cover with foil. BAKE at 400°F for 30 minutes. Spoon sauce from bottom of

dish over peppers before serving. Makes 2 servings.
