The oatmeal makes it a bit healthier. * Exported from MasterCook * Elegant Oatmeal Bread Recipe By :Linda Rehberg and Lois Conway Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2/3 Cup Old-fashioned Rolled Oats 1 1/8 Cups Water -- up to 1 1/4 cups 3 Tablespoons Honey 1 1/2 Tablespoons Butter 1 1/4 Teaspoons Salt 2 1/2 Cups Bread Flour 2 Teaspoons Active Dry Yeast Place all ingredients in bread pan, using the least amount of liquid to start. Select Medium Crust, Standard/White Bread setting and press Start.
