James (and anyone else who wants to contribute recipes!)

Please feel free to post your recipe in the Recipes file at:

rawfood

It is easiest to post if you copy your file and then " create a file "

in the Folder you feel best fits your recipe.

If you need more information, please contact me.

Thanks!

Margaret

Hi, James. I may be out of bounds here but I like to see new recipes

posted right on the forum. That way, I don't miss it. That makes more

work for Margaret, I know, but I don't always think to go look at the

files. (Sorry, Margaret.) The recipes in the files sometimes don't

give credit to the person who contributed it so I might not know which

one is yours, either.
