I got this today in Chet Day's Dayzine " Today's Health Tip " . I'll make it for my

hubby, maybe with some Patchouli EO for scent.

Flax Hair Gel

by Victoria

Put 2 tablespoons of flax seeds and one cup of water in a

saucepan and bring to a boil. Immediately remove from

heat and let cool for 20 minutes. Strain the flax seeds

out of the jelly and let cool completely. Pour into a

container with a tight fitting lid.

To use: Apply a small amount of gel to wet hair and use

before blow drying to give your hair extra body and lift.

Or you can use it on dry hair as a setting lotion or to

slick back your hair and keep it in place.

Note: This gel is unscented, but if you prefer some scent

to your gel, add 2 or 3 drops of your favorite essential

oil.
