Guest guest
As always, when I have one of those " I DIDN'T KNOW THAT! " moments, I googled this and found a reference that bears it out that the uterus helps control blood pressure. Not that I didn't believe you, Dar. I just like to verify things before I put them on my blog. I'm post- menopausal which is also a factor in high blood pressure. However, I'm almost a year 100% raw and my blood pressure has dropped dramatically. I exercise, too, which helps. Before I started eating raw, I didn't have the energy to exercise. I never got to the point, blood-pressure wise, that the doctor decided to put me on medication. I can count that a blessing since I haven't had to " wean " myself off yet another one.
