Guest guest
Tommie, This week-end I happen to notice Tajin in the produce section at Wal Mart. I bought a bottle to give it a try. Now, I just need a tomato to go with it! It reminds me of Lucas Limon, a mexican candy like treat. At the flea market in Lubbock, TX you can buy a ziploc bag of cut fruits with chili lucas sprinkled on it. I love it! From the ingredients, Tajin sounds very similar. Leah PS for those who are wondering what the heck I am talking about Tommy (jerusy) references Tajin often in her blog. www.rawburchard.blogspot.com

Guest guest
Leah, I was out of Tajin over the weekend so I tried putting lime juice, sea salt, and cayenne on my tomatoes. It tasted much the same and was probably better for me. It _was_ more trouble. I am never out of tomatoes. I buy them by the box.
