Hi Minnie,

I read your post on the raw food list and it sounded so much like what I have

been through. I tried everything that you did and more......including EPD which

was not working for my food allergies. My ENT wanted to do sinus surgery and I

was so desperate because I was having chronic migraine headaches whenever I

stopped using my nasal steroids, sudafed, zyrtec and excedrin migraine. Then I

found kimchi about three months ago.

Kimchi is a fermented cabbage dish that originated in Korea - and it is raw.

I buy mine at Walmart (don't like shopping there but I did find kimchi there

that works) I buy the mild type that does not have fish paste in it. Do not

heat it or it will kill the lactic acid bacteria which is what will make you

better. I ate one cup of it on an empty stomach and the next day all of my

symptoms were gone! It is unbelievable pharmaceutical grade food. I am no

longer on any of the medications. I don't believe it is a cure for everyone but

since your symptoms sound so much like mine I do believe you should give it a

shot. It is such a miracle in my case that I have not been able to stop talking

about it to my family and friends. I have read about aids patients finding

relief using it also.

I used kimchi twice a week at first and now I use it once a week. It smells

horrible but it is well worth it to me. I now make a smoothie with it (kimchi

and a little water but I try not to dilute it with other foods when I need it

most) and drink it first thing in the morning once a week. So far so good.

I really feel that kimchi could possibly help you in the same way that it has

helped me. Good luck and keep me posted.

Hi Susan!

So, the Kimchi at Wal-Mart is good? I saw it but hestitated to buy it. After

reading your post, I think I will go back to get it. By the way, how is the

taste?
