Guest guest
Duh... I have been building the databases for how long? And I have JUST figured out that you can sort the databases by any category -- for example, if you look at the BOOKS database, you can sort by TITLE, AUTHOR, or even by DESCRIPTION! So, if you know the name of the book, you can find it. If you know the name of the author, you can find it. Is that cool or what? I am impressed, particularly since I had the foresight to set the databases up in a way that would work with this facility that I did not know existed! Enjoy! Guest guest
Margaret, does this new Group Mail organization service help you with the way you've been setting up our files section, or does it make all your work for nothing, doing what you've essentially been doing? The only thing I don't like about this new way is organizing our group mail is that when we reply, it treats the previous posts as a picture so we can't trim our posts anymore!!! -Tiffany Margaret Gamez <mgamez1 wrote: Duh...
