My assignment today for Friday (the last day of the cleanse) is to do

something nice for myself. Not in the way of food, but something I

don't ordinarily do. Since I mostly work, eat, and sleep, I don't have

too many ideas. It would have to be something within my budget, too,

which is almost non-existent. Any suggestions?

What about a nice hike in a park?

I love doing that...it makes me feel so good.

Tommie,

I didn't realize you were doing a 5 day cleanse. Are you doing them

quarterly? Just wondering.

I would suggest a 1/2 massage. Its more affordable than a 1 hour, its great

for your lymph system and such a luxury if its some thing that you don't

normally do.

Tommie,

not sure what you enjoy but what about a manicure? Rent a movie you havenn't

been able to watch? A new pair of earrings?

It's a seven day Green Cleanse based on Victoria Boutenko's Green for

Life. I did a five day in March. I'll do it again whenever Frederic

organizes another one.

I am in a very small town where there is no massage therapist but

thanks!

You could share a plant with someone, wash someone's car, make a " Thinking

of you " card and send it to a neighbor.

Go get a pedicure - it's so incredible to have your feet massaged

and pampered.

You will feel so feminine afterwards.
