Guest guest Posted June 14, 2006 Report Share Posted June 14, 2006 Hi. New to the group, but I've been raw on & off for 1 1/2 years. I've yet to reach 100%. 75% raw tends to be my best so far. I have lots of trouble staying raw during marathon training even though that's when I feel best. I would love to get some suggestions from others about raw food and endurance sports. Do you find that you have to adjust your way of eating during training? Are there any good books that discuss this topic?
