Guest guest
rw, how long do you put them in the dehydrator? Louise <1b. Re: ezekiel bread Posted by: " shelagh franklin " rawveganvenus rawveganvenus Wed Jun 14, 2006 3:33 am (PDT) yes......i've made sprouted/living bread....it is pretty easy if you have the right equipment....i sprout grains....rye, kamut, soft wheat, etc....and then run them through the champion juicer with the homogenizer plate...and then add whatever i want...ie...dates, cinnamon, nuts, seeds, veggies, spices and i make small loaves (because they dehydrate faster than larger loaves)......about the size of a small muffin and dehydrate them at 100- 115 degrees...yummmmm...they smell delicious while dehydrating and. they last a while in the cupboard or ...you can freeze or refrigerate them and they will last even longer...they are great to have around when you have cravings for bread and they are a quick fix....when you're starving...i usually carry some around with me in my knapsack...just in case... hope this helps....rvv...>
