Any harm?

Generally speaking, would there be any harm in my doing a partial fruit only

fast? I am not thinking about an extended period of time, but was thinking 14

days-ish.

I can't think of any reasons not to, but wanted to ask and see if there is

some thing I am not thinking of.

Thanks in advance for sharing your wisdom.

What is a partial fruit only fast? As far as only eating fruit, sounds

like fun to me!

Maybe I could have worded that better. I meant a partial fast. Eating fruit

only for 14 days.

Well fruitarians do that all year long so you should be fine. Enjoy!

Let us know if you notice any differences.

I don't think you'd die in that length of time because of not getting

the vitamins and minerals in green leafy veggies. :) Like Mike said,

there are people who do that all the time. Wasn't Tiny Tim one of

them?
