Guest guest
Generally speaking, would there be any harm in my doing a partial fruit only fast? I am not thinking about an extended period of time, but was thinking 14 days-ish. I can't think of any reasons not to, but wanted to ask and see if there is some thing I am not thinking of. Thanks in advance for sharing your wisdom. Leah Leah http://stampyleah.blogspot.com/
Guest guest
What is a partial fruit only fast? As far as only eating fruit, sounds like fun to me! -Mike --- Leah Morrison <l_morrison2002 wrote: > Generally speaking, would there be any harm in my doing a partial > fruit only fast? Guest guest
Maybe I could have worded that better. I meant a partial fast. Eating fruit only for 14 days. Guest guest
Well fruitarians do that all year long so you should be fine. Enjoy! Let us know if you notice any differences. -Mike --- Leah Morrison <l_morrison2002 wrote: > Maybe I could have worded that better. Guest guest
I don't think you'd die in that length of time because of not getting the vitamins and minerals in green leafy veggies. Like Mike said, there are people who do that all the time. Wasn't Tiny Tim one of them?
