We have veggies like squash , beans, and a few okra coming ripe.

Does anyone have any RAW recipes I could make for hubby and kids, who are

not raw, and maybe intice them a little more to the raw side of the fence?

<g>

Also does anyone have suggestions on thing to plant in the upcoming fall

garden for Raw?

Thanks so much!

SHarie

Shari, I, personally, don't like raw squash but some people eat it in

a salad. You could have squash and some kind of nut dip, too. Green

beans are good in salad, too. I love raw okra! The small tender pods

can be eaten whole. Roger likes to cut okra up in 1/2 " pieces and eat

them like popcorn.

As for suggestions, fall greens like kale and collards are good after

there's been a frost.

Wrong, Sharie. There are two of us with similar spellings. Mine is without the

" E " .

And I don't eat squash raw either.
