Guest guest
I'm not even 40 yet and it " appears " that I have sunspots on my face. I have huge botches on my forehead and small ones on my cheeks. I have been afraid of the sun for years because of it. I had them removed with some new-fangled procedure in my early 30's. It was actually a side affect of getting rid of acne scars. The brown spots immediately returned upon going outside even though I was using high quality, strong sunscreen and hats constantly. Now I'm trying to " use " the sun for better health! But the brown spots are really really getting dark now that I am not using sunscreen and hats and purposely getting sun for my health. I want to " use " the sun for better health, but I don't want to look like a freak. Are there any " natural " things I can do to stop this brown blotchy stuff??? Also I have read that some raw foodists end up being practically " immune " to sunburn. I have only been raw for 4 ½ months so I have NOT experienced that. How long does it take on average to reach that point? Do most or all raw foodists reach that point??? Minnie
