rolled oat question

Hi everyone - I've been enjoying reading all the posts though I don't

post much and am very much a newbie at all this.

 

MawintheRaw - I just read your entire blog - I LOVE it - thank you so

much for all the pictures - it truly helps someone like me who has NO

CLUE what most of this stuff is.

 

I have one question - I saw the recipe for Oatmeal Raisen cookies -

yum!!! I just want to know what rolled oats are and where do you get

them (I'm used to the Instant Oatmeal). Can I get rolled oats at the

supermarket? if so what section? or do I need to go to a " speciality "

store.

Hi, Jacky! I'm not Judy but, unless I'm mistaken, rolled oats aren't

raw. That doesn't matter to some people but, if you are trying to eat

optimal raw, you'll avoid oats as well as other grains.
