There is a great site for raw vegan pregnant (or nursing) women.

RawPregnancy/ One of the members is even a

midwife who has been raw for over 5 years now. She's been so helpful!

In answer to your question, YES, it is definitely okay to transition while

pregnant! I wouldn't do it too fast or eat foods that tend to make you detox

more quickly, but anything good you can do for your body, you are doing for

your baby too. Your body is always detoxing anyway, so if you go ahead and

transition now, it won't have as many toxins to eliminate and will be able

to focus more on getting *more* good nutrition to your baby to help him/her

grow healthy and strong.

You'll find so much more information in the archives at " RawPregnancy " , so

come join us! We'd love to see you there!

Thanks everyone so much! These resources have been great. Already I have

noticed a big difference in my energy levels between the last time I was

pregnant and eating meat, and this time around.
