Guest guest
I would like to add to what Tommie said and that is: Expect some detox or withdrawal symtoms. You can figure out how much of each you are eating and cut back to half to minimize some - but then cold turkey. The " drug " wants more of itself in your system. That is the definition of an addict. I know - I am a recoverying addict: Alchohol and Drugs free for 29 years ( except for prescriptions that I am getting off more and more) Cooked food: 3 1/2 weeks!!! I think cocoa, nuts, cheese, can cause some indigestion. Louise <<7e. The fat in cheese could make your blood sugar go up, too. From what you have said (eating occassional wheat products, chocolate and cheese) you aren't eating optimally. Those three things can cause problems. Try cutting them out for a week, up your intake of water occurring naturally in food, and see how it goes.
