Guest guest
I was making crispy crackers on tinfoil and teflex, but when I changed to parchment paper they became more stiff and less crispy. Is tinfoil okay to use? Because I don't have square teflex and I need the square shape to cut for my potluck crackers coming up very soon. If tinfoil is not okay, why? And why does the parchment make them less airy and crispy? Also I would like to buy 14x14 teflex sheets but so far they seem to be really high priced like $7.50 for one. I need 8 so that's $60 plus tax and shipping. Does anyone know where to get cheap teflex. I'm even willing to get used or smaller ones. Thanks.
