Guest guest
Hi, all! I am wondering if you guys might know of any raw food restaurants in or around Chicago? I am going to be in Chicago for the next week, and have never eaten at a raw food restaurant before. I wasn't familiar with raw food restaurants, until I learned of one in Dallas, and had a friend ask me if there were any in my area. (there are not, I have since learned.) Just curious if you had any ideas. On another note, I am sad to hear that the Cherrix teenager is going to be submitted to conventional treatment. I read an article about that a few weeks ago in USA Today, but the judge had not made his decision at that point. Mike, I think you put it best when you compared it to any of us saving a child from a burning house. Education and study seem to be key here. How would the raw movement organize to fund such a study, and if we funded it, would we not be accused of bias? I have no idea how we would actually go about implementing this. As to bias, very little research being done is done without bias. They key here is to do the research with the correct scientific methods so they will hold up under scrutiny. -Mike
