Guest guest
Hi Julie, I'm in the process of getting my amalgam fillings removed and I just add a couple of handfuls of cilantro, stems and all to my fruit smoothies along with other greens. Guest guest
I'm wondering what they replace the amalgams with. I have some fillings I may someday have removed. Was it the original poster that said it's almost impossible not to get a big dose of mercury when they are removed? What kind of precautions are taken? Guest guest
Yuck!!! It would HAVE to be Cilantro, wouldn't it? I do have mercury to remove, and I tested for mercury in my system. I'd love to find a natural way to get rid of it, but cilantro?? I absolutely HATE the taste of cilantro! blech blech blech!
Guest guest
Sun chlorella or sea vegetables can chelate mercury. As to testing for mercury, it is very hard or often impossible to measure mercury in your system by today's testing methods. Mercury can clear itself out of the bloodstream in 5 minutes. It doesn't show up in the urine unless you are excreting it. It stores itself in fat cells and bowel pockets and can stay there undetected for years, killing nerve cells. It is one of the worst, most insidious poisons there is. Often, the symptoms don't emerge until later in life when your body calls upon the nerve cells that were destroyed earlier in life.
