Nice, Kim.

Tracey, one more thought ... I responded directly to your question about

retracing. But my

response was only academic in nature, this may or may not actually have anything

to do with what

he is experiencing.

I wish to share a very strong caution: you are venturing into the arena of

self-diagnosis, a

dangerous place when you really lack the background for such things. I have seen

many, many

people do this, " trying to figure things out on their own " , and end up quite

unhappy with the

results.

Further, the very idea of " diagnosis " , as it is applied in modern medical

practice, is

self-defeating. The focus is entirely upon symptoms, and life becomes an endless

firefight,

trying to knock out this symptom, then that one, until eventually death occurs.

The process of creating health requires an entirely different mindset and belief

system,

involving a combination of emotional healing and paradigm shifts of significant

proportions (for

most people). For example, there is a shift from fractional thinking, or what

scientists call

" reductionism " , to holism. Many people speak the word " holism " , but I have

encountered few

people (and including very few practitioners of this or that who call themselves

" holistic

healers " ) who actually understand this concept. The idea arises specifically

from within quantum

physics, it has a clear and distinct meaning and intention. And understanding

this concept well

would serve you and Carl constructively, now and in the future. It could bring

you a level of

genuine understanding, and therefore a level of comfort, you might not otherwise

find.

In challenging circumstances such as you presently face, I encourage you to seek

and to allow

yourselves to receive help, and by that I do not mean well-intended but

uninformed opinions. And

by that comment, I mean no disrespect toward anyone. But I think it is fair to

say that many

offer advice without asking questions, therefore without knowing whether the

advice they are

offering even addresses the real issue(s) at hand. (The advice may address the

question asked,

but the question asked may not address the underlying problem the asker is

attempting to

resolve.)

Best to all,

Elchanan

Re: [Rawschool] Heart Disease

Tracey,

I can't give you specific answers but one thing you have got to remember is that

your husband

did not get in his condition overnight, it tooks years of abuse to his body to

get the way it is

now and going to raw foods won't instantly make things better overnight. There

have been past

posts on this subject. Patience is key. A lot of people are looking for a

quick fix these days

and that is why some fail. Nora, Bob, or Elchanon, or others can shed more on

the subject.
