Guest guest
I was told that broccoli had more protein than steak, but according to fitday, that is not accurate. I would assume that fitday is accurate. Thoughts on this? -- Sharie
Guest guest
More protein PER CALORIE, that is, per unit of available energy. FitDay is not particularly accurate in fact, Nutridiary is more accurate, though also off by quite a bit on some things. Reason: use of standard conversion factors rather than food-specific factors. The latter would require much more effort to implement, but they attempt to take into account energy lost through digestion itself, and other factors.
