Guest guest Posted July 25, 2006 Report Share Posted July 25, 2006 Janet, I have been eating mostly raw fruit in the AM and snacking through out the day on raw fruits mainly, and then in the afternoon or early evening I have a HUGE salad, and sometimes I borrow Judy's recipes to try out for the evening meal.I am trying to tweak things for smaller portions though. ) So far so good. I have way more energy and the weight is coming off nicely too! What a nice side effect!
