Guest guest
hey i was looking at recipes and i noticed this is even no dairy at all, my question is why? Do you all belive in breastfeeding your babies or do you have to find a substitute of some type. I am not judging, i am genuinely curious and am only trying to learn. If Human milk is okay is goat or cow? By the way what about herbal teas? is that a cooked food, or could you use cold water to make ice tea and just steep it longer? Guest guest
Cow's milk is for cows, goat's milk is for kids (as in baby goats) though it is somewhat more digestible than cow's milk. Breastfeeding a child is one of the best things a mother can do for her baby. If she can do it until the child weans him/herself, it's even better. There is no really good substitute for breast milk. There are some that have to be used from time to time but mother's milk is for babies. A vegan doesn't eat any animal products, dairy, eggs, or honey. As for herbal teas, if they haven't been heat processed before they are packaged, you could make " sun " tea and it would be okay. I don't drink any teas, myself, but I wouldn't tell anyone not to, either. Hope that helped!
