I just wanted to mention that I eat very little fats and have been for awhile and I feel the best (physically, emotionally, and mentally) eating this way. Take care, Audrey _____ FYI everyone, it is impossible to eat zero fat, I am unaware of any foods arising in Nature that contain zero fat (or zero protein) . Even watermelon contains a tiny bit of fat. The reason is simple: all complex life forms require at least some fat to accomplish certain metabolic activities. While most substances our bodies need and make are either water soluble (dissolve) or water transportable (don't dissolve in water, but travel easily in water, as iron does in hemoglobin). there are some substances that are fat soluble or otherwise require presence of a bit of fat in order to function. In us, examples are vitamins D, E, K. And the same primciple holds true for all large life forms of which I am aware.
