Guest guest
Hey guys. Tomorrow will be 7 days since I went 100% raw, but I've been some percentage less than that for about a month or two. Only since I went 100% did I develop this itchy rash-like feeling (though nothin is actually visible) at the corners of my mouth and the borders of my lips, and, related or not, I've gotten a white coating on my tongue, accompanied by somewhat bad breath. I looked it up online, and a white coating is usually indicative of sulfer compounds, from bacteria or something. Do you think this is detox or am I not doing something right? I have a green smoothie usually in the morning, and fruit the rest of the day. I have sufficient energy most of the time, though sometimes I feel quite low, later in the day. Could any of these be connected, and has anyone else experienced symptoms like this?
Guest guest
Jem, Congrats on the 7 days 100% raw!! In Feb when I first started this journey I had a white tongue too. I think its just a part of detox and will go away in a few days. (mine did anyway) Leah jem_3000 <jem_1000 wrote: Hey guys.
