Guest guest
Hi Everybody, I'm Janice from Ohio and I just joined this group a couple of days ago. I started 100% raw/live foods on Thurs.July 6. I went 9 days straight but on Sun.July 16 I had some cooked chicken that I was making for the family. Then on Mon.July 17 I went 100% raw/live again and now I'm 100% raw/live for 14 days straight. About 6 months ago I took a juicing class with Janee and Tom. Janee has such a vibrant glow. Don't think Janee is 100% raw because she made a comment that if you crave meat go ahead and eat it. Her business partner Tom is more extreme and I know Tom is 100% raw. I like Janee's balanced approach. Janee and Tom also had a sprouting class but I'm not into sprouting yet. Then Tom had a raw food talk and cooking demo and that was real good. Oh, Janee also does colonics and is a certified colon hydr. I had 6 colonics done already and had my 6th one done last Wed.and had alot come out of me. Will be having my 7th one done next Wed.along with a sauna before the colonic. Also, heard another speaker talk of Tanya Zavasta who wrote " Your Right to Be Beautiful " speak on July 5. Then the next day I went 100% raw/live. Tanya gave us her green pudding. Had swiss chard, collard greens and mango in it. Tanya doesn't add any water to it. I've been making green pudding twice a day. I like it with collard greens, swiss chard, celery, pear, coconut sprinkles, carob and cinnamon. I also read " Green for Life " . I still have asthma and I was just wheezing a little bit ago. I think it's the walnuts that I ate. I did soak them but not to long. They were just soaked from this morning but usually I soak them overnight. I did go thru a detox the first week with alot of phlegm, muscous, wheezing, etc. Last week and this week I seem to be fine except for now with the wheezing. I do know I have leaky gut and a toxic colon. I'm in pretty good shape at 143 pounds. I'm 5 " 5 " and I'm 49 years old. I'm not on any medication but I do take lots of supplements. Trying to cut down on them. Well, sorry this is so long. Wanted to introduce myself. Have a good evening everybody! Hugs, Janice from Ohio
