Guest guest
Hi there, My mum wants to spend a lot of money of skin pigmentation. does anyone have any experience with skin pigmentation fading while on a raw food diet? I told her she should consider this, but I am unsure as to , among other health benefits, whether this would help her skin. Thank you Hinarera
Guest guest
Hinarera, I saw your first post and didn't respond because I don't have experience with raw food and skin pigmentation. I would assume it could help, after all the complexion normally improves with a raw diet as well as looking younger. I don't think it would hurt, she could try the raw food diet and if it doesn't help the pigmentation that she is concerned about she could still spend the money on it later. And in the worst case she ends up with better health for trying. ;-) Leah hinarera <hinarera wrote: Hi there, My mum wants to spend a lot of money of skin pigmentation. does anyone have any experience with skin pigmentation fading while on a raw food diet?
