How to start?

I want to start a raw diet, in a slow transition. I am not in a rush

to become 100% raw all of the time, I want to feel it. If it is right

for me, I will continue and it should not be hard work.

So please give me any advice, tips, warnings for a vegan who wants to

raw from scratch.

I plan to do it with others, a member on here prodded me with the

idea, and a member on my forum wishes to do it also.

I think we will start on a weekend, in 2 weeks time. What should we do

to maximise the time, to learn the most from the recipes, which should

be simple, and food which should cleanse the body slowly.

Thanks in advance,

Duncan

Hi Duncan,

How about this, the first week, have fruit for breakfast and eliminate all

processed foods (anything that comes in a can, jar, box, or bag including

soy products) and add a salad to dinner.

The second week, do the same except have fruit for lunch as well.

The third week eliminate the cooked dinner and you'll be 100% raw! :-)

Best to you!
