Guest guest
Hi everyone, I went to a local health food store yesterday to pick up some chlorophyll, spirulina and selenium, all of which I have heard are very good for fighting cancer which seems to run in my family. Anyway, I was told by a woman who worked at the store that selemium can be toxic to children. My plan was to use these in my juicing of which both I and 12 year old daughter drink. Does anyone know about this? It was the first time I had heard this. She and I used to add chlorophyll often and had also used spirulina. She did fine with both, I had to hold my breath with the spirulina. : ) I ended up buying something called E3Live. The woman told me this was better than anything out there. I would like to hear what everyone thinks about this and has anyone ever tried E3Live? Jen
Guest guest
I don't know the answers to your question, but I am interested in hearing what the answers are when you get replies. If you don't mind, would you share what you learn with the group? Thanks!
