Hi everyone, I went to a local health food store yesterday to pick up some chlorophyll, spirulina and selenium, all of which I have heard are very good for fighting cancer which seems to run in my family. Anyway, I was told by a woman who worked at the store that selenium can be toxic to children. My plan was to use these in my juicing of which both I and 12 year old daughter drink. Does anyone know about this? It was the first time I had heard this. She and I used to add chlorophyll often and had also used spirulina. She did fine with both, I had to hold my breath with the spirulina. : ) I ended up buying something called E3Live. The woman told me this was better than anything out there. I would like to hear what everyone thinks about this and has anyone ever tried E3Live? Jen _____ Hi Jen and all, Would you consider just making a paradigm shift so that you never need make such an inquiry again? Specifically, why would you wish to fight anything, when you could simply create health instead and allow -- not force -- allow your body to cleanse, restore, and replenish itself? If you simply eat well, engage in reasonable physical activity, rest well, etc., you will become healthy over time, no one will get cancer or any other " dread disease " . Cancer doesn't " run " anywhere, we create cancer. Or we don't. The point is, it's a choice, it's not " in your genes " . If you shift your perspective, then you can save all the money you are spending on additives and enjoy life more fully. Take yourself and a friend to Disneyland instead! Just a perspective ....
