There are some old texts that say " man " has lived for hundreds of years. I

believe that to be

true. Of course it was thousands of years ago.

Well, I don't wish to wax religious here, but someone pointed out to me the

following: from the

Biblical text (Genesis), prior to the Flood, many are reported to have lived

hundreds of years.

Then, coming out of the Flood, permission is given to eat meat. Within ten

generations, the

typical lifespan is well under 100 years. Maybe it's just a story ...

lol Elchanan, exactly.

 

There are also those who recall past lives and recall feeling young

and yet having many generations of children.
