I have a few questions about starting a raw diet. I hope someone may be able

to help me with some answers.

 

I was wondering does it take longer to heal from bruises once you start a

raw diet due to you toxins being flushed out? I used to not get bruises that

often now I am getting them more and they are lasting so long and hurt and that

is not normal for me could it be the detox?

 

Someday's I have a great deal of energy then I feel like I am in a fog is

that normal?

 

Also I have noticed myself losing weight inches wise and others have too but

the scales say I have gained? What is going on does anyone know?

 

Does the raw foods help to get female hormones in balance? I have PCOS and

just wondering if this diet/lifestyle change would help me in anyway? Should

I take apple cider vinegar to help with the detox, weight loss and such?

 

I know these are odd questions but I was just wondering?Any help would be

great..
