Guest guest
Hi Peggy, Actually the raw food diet is the BEST thing for IBS. It cured my IBS and I've read many testamonials of it curing many other peoples. You just want to stay away from tough vegetables that are difficult to digest like carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and the tougher greens like collards and kale. You should read a book that Dave Klein wrote called " Self Healing Crohn's and Colitis. He has helped hundreds of people heal from IBS and other digestive disorders. He does private consultations. His website is www.livingnutrition.com. All the best, Audrey www.rawhealing.com >Peggy Castillo <hiheaven5 >rawfood >rawfood >Re: [Raw Food] re-introduction >Sun, 13 Aug 2006 10:26:31 -0700 (PDT) > >Hi beth, i am interested in this but am dealing with IBS right now and the >raw isn't too helpful for that. so i am just gathering info right now. > >elizabeth roberts <rawbeth wrote: Hello! > >My name is Beth.
