Looks like I may have to write a letter to Annie and get her to shape up the recipe. Man...we've just been eating up the lies, literally. Sad to say, but all the salad dressing companies, including the 'natural' ones, use canola oil, because it's so cheap. I doubt any of these companies will change their recipes unless the public starts getting informed on a massive scale about the harmfulness of canola oil.
