Guest guest
Looking for a Raw Foods group in St. Louis or Kansas City. I'm also looking for some information on if the Raw Food diet will help me with my fibroid Cyst over my uterus. Has anyone had an experience where the RFD (Raw Foods Diet) has helped? I truly need to have surgery from it but don't want to and can't afford it anyways. Not to mention that I turn forty next year and am feeling the drag, I'm tired so often, my weight is up and needs to go down, and I just know that the RFD truly makes you feel younger and more alive. I did try it the RFD about a year ago and was on it for about a month before I back slide. I eat out quite often and I got sick of just eating salads when out and my eating partner/s having something utterly delicious looking. The other thing that was how high the produce and organic grains and such are, it really adds up. Even though my brain says you eat less produce is high. Despite it all I'm going to try again here the next week. I'd like to find a group to at least get some support from and am hoping to find others who are following this life eating plan. One more thing, coffee...I love coffee, what do I do about that??? LOL Will one cup a day really hurt my diet? Thanks to anyone willing to give some info, advice and general answers. Guest guest
My sister-in-law just had a hysterectomy last week because of a fybroid tumor. I wish she would have looked into eating RF before that happened. After some reading on the subject, I found that most tumors are " benign " and that around 50% of hysterectomies are a result of these " benign " tumors. It kind of makes me angry. Perhaps you should take the quick route and look into fasting.
