Janice's raw/living food list for Wed.8-16

Hi Everybody, I'm fairly new to eating raw/living

foods. Been raw for about 1 month straight.

 

Started on Mon.July 17. I also went raw on July

6 to July 15 but did have chicken on Sun.July 16

but next day went raw again and I haven't gone

back since then.

Here's my food list for Wed.8-16-06.

 

Breakfast about 8:15 am.

2 tablespoons of golden flaxseeds with 1 ounce of water. I mix it

with the water and then it becomes hard in the bowl and then eat

it. It's so good. Has a good nutty taste.

 

2 ounces of soaked walnuts. I soak my walnuts in water overnight.

They absorb better when soaked.

 

Had my green pudding. I use collards greens, green chard,

celery,parsley, 1 mango & 1 pear. I put them one at a time in food

processor. Then I put in blender. I add coconut sprinkles and

carob powder. I also add 2 ounces of water to it. It blends better

in the blender. I did make this in advance because I like these

cold.

 

Around 10:15 am. had 16 oz.of vegetable juice. Had beets,

cucumber,ginger and an apple.

 

For lunch around 12:30 pm.had a huge salad. I use romaine lettuce,

1/2 cup of beets, 2 oz.of apple, 1/2 avocado, 1/4 cup of onions, 1/2

cup of green pepper, 1/4 cup of red pepper, 1/2 cup of radishes,

1/2 cup of blueberries, 1/2 cup of carrots, 1 cup of cucumber, 1/2

cup of celery,1/2 cup of sprouts which were lentils, green peas and

aduzki beans, cilantro, parsley, wasabi, dulse (1/2 teaspoon) which

is a trace mineral and nori which is a sea vegetable. I use no

dressing on it. Sometimes I use flaxseed oil but not today.

 

For dinner I had 2 smoothies. I used strawberries & blueberries and

carob powder and coconut sprinkles. I also added celery and parsley

to it to get my greens in.

 

I also had 2 ounces of soaked pumpkin seeds.

 

When I came home from dog park I was snacking on 1 1/2 cups of

seedless black grapes.

 

I drank about 6 waters today with lemon in it.

 

That's my food list for today.

Ohmygawd Janice, you make my stomach hurt with all those combinations.

 

Here's what I ate today:

 

breakfast: watermelon

snack: watermelon

lunch: watermelon

dinner: watermelon

another snack: watermelon

 

Shari - who will do the same thing tomorrow but with cantelope
