This was the first thing I saw on MSN when I woke up and turned on the

computer. Jaw-dropping in an antivegan way until the very last bit,

but I wonder how many guys actually read this all the way through and

only walk away thinking meat-eating is actually cool and healthy.

Shocking that this guy is the nutrition editor for Men's Health.

Prepare yourself friends...it isn't pretty.

i have read many issues of MENS HEALTH over the years , although it can

be a very interesting Magazine, their advice and knowledge on Diet is

the same Non sensical conventional Garbage that is spouted everywhere else,

no insight, no understanding, no Logic. Just the same old blah

blah ridiculous blabber of '' just follow ur neighbor and eat what he eats''

chicken , fish, Meat, some supermkt fruit and veges and some dairy

and some grains. The editors are Utterly clueless as to Human Health and

Diet.

Yeah, that's the thing - I doubt many guys actually read this all the way

through! They will be the incompletely educated idiots who carry out

'misleading gossip'. If we ever come into contact with any of these ignorants,

our response should be, " Looks like somebody didn't read that article all the

way through! The shame will be on you. " .
