Guest guest
Does anyone do a parasite cleanse? If so how often? I have 1 dog in and out of the house ,2 growing kittens also in and out of the house, 23 free-range chickens eating my bugs and wildlife galore that was here way before I was(deer, racoon, mice, possum, armadillo, snakes, squirrrels, chipmunks, well you get the idea...). I also have an organice garden growing out back that I use composted manure on. I usually waer gloves, but NOT always, sometimes I walk by and pick a few weeds as I am watering. Anyway... I was htinking it was probably a good idea to do a cleanse every 6 months form what I have read. Any thoughts on this? ANy cleanse suggestions? Guest guest
Hi Sharie, You don't need any cleanses, they are usually harsh and harmful to the body. If you give your body what it needs it will take care of the rest. :-) All the best, Audrey www.rawhealing.com > " sharie lush " <sdslush >rawfood >rawfood >[Raw Food] does anyone do a parasite cleanse? >Thu, 17 Aug 2006 10:08:59 -0500 > >Does anyone do a parasite cleanse? >If so how often? >I have 1 dog in and out of the house ,2 growing kittens also in and out of >the house, 23 free-range chickens eating my bugs and wildlife galore that >was here way before I was(deer, racoon, mice, >possum, armadillo, snakes, squirrrels, chipmunks, well you get the idea...). >I also have an organice garden growing out back that I use composted manure >on. >I usually waer gloves, but NOT always, sometimes I walk by and pick a few >weeds as I am watering. >Anyway... Guest guest
Cleansing is very important for the body and can accomplish in a few weeks what it would take several years to do with just the raw food diet alone. If you have ever eaten meat, especially medium rare beef, or if you have a dog and all those animals chances are that you do have some parasites. Although small, they can wreak havvoc on the body. Dr Anderson created a parasite cleanse. I love all of his products. The cleanses are strong, yet so gentle if done in the right way. You ALWAYS have to make sure you are getting enough minerals in your body when cleansing. Minerals (or electrolytes) support all of the body's functions and keep the PH at balanced, alkaline levels. Most people are overly acidic anyway from the standard american diet. With the depletion of minerals from our food systems supplementation is a must until the reserves are built back up. But, I digress. I have not personally undertaken the parasite cleanse. I have done the intestinal cleanse numberous times, also the liver cleanse. I know I have parasites too, and just eating raw food is not going to change that. Just like eating raw food will not rid your body of the build of of mucoid plaque. Dr. Anderson always recommends doing the instestinal cleanse first, to clear the body's elimination passageway. Then after a break of at least two weeks and if the body's PH is high enough another cleanse can be undertaken. Order his book: Cleanse and Purify Thyself: Book 1 He discusses cleansing in great detail and even discusses one of his patients that had bad parasites. Good luck to you whatever your choice. To Your Health! Paula PS: Dr Anderson has two websites www.ariseandshine.com is the site where you can purchase his cleansing products. www.cleanse.net is the site that you can get more information about cleansing. rawfood , " sharie lush " <sdslush wrote: > > Does anyone do a parasite cleanse? > If so how often? > I have 1 dog in and out of the house ,2 growing kittens also in and out of > the house, 23 free-range chickens eating my bugs and wildlife galore that > was here way before I was(deer, racoon, mice, > possum, armadillo, snakes, squirrrels, chipmunks, well you get the idea...). > I also have an organice garden growing out back that I use composted manure > on. > I usually waer gloves, but NOT always, sometimes I walk by and pick a few > weeds as I am watering. > Anyway... Guest guest
I use herbal parasite cleanses. Hulda Clark has a good P cleanse, Dr. Shultze has a good Gallbladder/Liver Cleanse that also addresses parasites. I've used Clear which is good. I definitely think that especially when you are around so many farm animals that it is important. And I don't go barefoot even in the house (very often) with my large dogs. It astounds me how some farm folk go barefoot and step in all the doo doo, then drag it in the house where they sit on the floor and let their kids crawl :-0 The feet can even pick up parasites. P's can still reside internally from meat eating years previously. Some P's are consumed when ingesting fruits and veggies. I'm not obsessive compulsive about it...and don't do my P cleanses but every couple of years...but would rather not think of continually hosting the extra critters that the environment offers. The otc cleanses in the health food stores are also good if nothing else. I've done many bowel cleanses and gallbladder stone flushes and am glad to get rid of the " stuff " . A raw diet will always help but will probably not kill living organisms in your body. Diana sharie lush <sdslush wrote: Does anyone do a parasite cleanse? If so how often? Guest guest
Yes, I totally agree that a full intestinal cleanse should be done first. That in itself will clear some of the P's that are hiding in the intestines. Parasites hide in many places in organs and tissue...but do prefer the nice dirty sewer of the guts. A raw diet will help with intestinal cleansing, but most of us need extra help. Diana Diana Gallagher (Cowgirl 4 Jesus) Next-gen email? Have it all with the all-new Mail Beta. Does anyone do a parasite cleanse? -- Sharie ____________________ Never. All cleanses represent use of force against oneself. The first thing the body MUST always cleanse is the cleanse itself. Hence, there is ALWAYS the sensation of cleansing. If you cut the fat, salt, spices, and condiments, your system will cleanse wonderfully, in ITS timeframe, AND it will recapture and recycle a vast amount of material in the process.
