I am miserable. I am in need of some kind of relief. I have very bad

allergies that are coming back and hitting me like a ton of bricks.

(what I mean by that is; now that my children are weaned I have gotten

back all of my allergies in their FULL glory...all through pregnancies

and nursing my allergies were very minimal) My allergies consist of

nasal symptoms, like stuffy, sneezing, runny or itching. My eyes itch

and tear. Sometimes I get head aches. Sometimes I get small hives on

my face. I also will get itchy mouth, throat and ears. And there are

probably more to it that I am forgetting to write down. There is also

the tired factor from the body's fighting the allergies.

And now I am looking for advice on what I might be able to take that

will help this. I am allergic to most things. Mold, mildew, cats,

dogs, most trees, most grass, dust, etc, etc. I have in the past used a

lot of cayenne pepper on my food which helped slightly but not a ton.

But since going raw, I can no longer handle HOT things. (and I loved it

before) I have a prescription, but don't really want to use it.

Besides I really don't prefer to use the pharmacy for what ails me.

Vitamin C, or foods high in Vit C are good for settling down an allergy

attack at the time (slightly), but I have yet to find anything else to

prevent attacks or some thing that works better than C.

Any suggestions would be greatly welcome.

Thank you.
