How long we've been raw vegans

Someone asked the question and I thought I'd start a new topic just for the

answers.

would some of you post how long you've been doing this for please, it would be

interesting to know and also maybe encourage some of the new people to know

there are

people who do indeed do this long term.

 

I've been raw vegan for 2 & 1/2 years and beat diabetes with it.

I am 100% raw about 98% of the time and aprox. 75% raw the other 2% of the time.

 

How about you?

Thanks for asking this question. It's sure to create some

good discussion.

 

I've been a raw vegan for almost 2 years (coming up this Nov

1). I've been 100% raw the whole time except for a handful

of cooked meals out at restaurants near the beginning of my

raw journey. My hubby joined me in going raw at the same

time as me. Today he spontaneously told me, " I LOVE being

raw. It's RAWSOME! " :-) We've certainly seen some amazing

improvements in our physical and emotional health since

going raw.
