Hello Tyra: Garlic is good for you. Garlic is bad for you. Eat raw food. That is probably the best advice you can get from this list. Do the best you can. Eat more raw food than cooked food (100% is definitely more raw food - most people on this list probably don't come close.) Do what seems right to you. There is lots of information in the list files about what is good or bad for you. Make up your own mind about which way you want to go. Margaret ______________ You know, it's popular in some circles to make statements such as this one, and simply assume that this is the best way. Of course we all make our own choices. But there are paths to learning other than experiencing everything first-hand, and other than trying to understand things from scratch. And some of these other paths are far more enjoyable, faster, and more effective. Why anyone would insist upon repeating the mistakes of those who have gone before is beyond me. There are people in this list who are successful -- very successful -- with RF and related matters (activity, sunshine, rest, etc.) No one is required to listen, to learn from these people's success. It's merely available. Just my 2 cents. Elchanan
