Whoa Shari! Easy girl...you misunderstood my post. My post script said that I

tried to cut and paste but that I was unable to do so with your post. Nothing

personal. And also that I found the info by the meat eating weightlifter to be

of " interest " ...not that I wanted to eat or not eat meat. I did speak of being

careful of inflammation and I guess that can happen to any of us when we get

excited. I don't think anyone of us is better than the other just because we do

or don't eat something. Your question about Jesus can be answered in Luke Ch.

24... He asked for meat, and they gave him fish to eat. But even more

importantly He said: Mat 15:11 " Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a

man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man. "

Let our conversation be edifying. I am Diana of Dewberry Hill and have been

mostly lurking on this list for a couple of years since being an active member

when I first went raw. The raw vegan diet is a good diet, but I don't make a

religion out of it. I hope to have time to share more about my raw diet thoughts

and favorite recipes in the future. And not perpetuate this thread much longer.

Let us be cordial and find raw food subjects to discuss. And let's have fun!

Gee thanks Diana, you have give me even more reasons to think of

leaving this group. Now I'm not allowing you to express what you want about meat

eating. Is it being eaten as a raw food? Great, let's hear how raw meat eating

is helping his work out at the gym.

I honestly thought this group is about raw food. Guess I was wrong. Think I'll

stick with the winners. The folks who eat raw food and don't try to talk

themselves into conventional foods or supplements, but work toward mono eating.

Which may be boring to some, but it made a vast difference in my clarity and

physical strength. Giving up all enervating foods increased my stamina and my

lifting power at the gym.

By the way, do you study the Essenes, Diana? I'm inclinded to believe Jesus was

a raw food, Essene.
