Guest guest
Elchanan: Thank you so much for your years of contributions. I wish you and Bob well on your new , as described on www.pathofhealth.com . You have helped me immensely with your thoughtful posts and you posts will remain for future group participants to research and benefit from. Your body of work speaks for itself. Perhaps someone will compile them into a worthwhile book someday. I am very pleased to know that you have created another high-quality food forum and hope that others will follow your and Roger's lead. We are all different and need support to find our path and to take a different path then the one the multinational food corporations are advertising so persistent and cleverly. Many people have brought up the similarity of raw food " rules of thumb " and religion and perhaps it is time for someone (or many) to develop a structured approach(es) to raw foods as a religion. There are many benefits to having the support of a community and a religion is one way to create a like minded community. I for one would like to join a community that practiced healthful activities such as yoga postures, meditation, prayer, raw foods, organic gardening/permaculture and natural or sustainable building. Best of success to you both. Bill Vancouver WA PS I submitted an application to pathofhealth today.
