Try this; Replace the garbanzo beans with peeled Zucchini and to make it thicker add some ground unhulled sesame seeds in addition to the tahini or completely replace (my preference) the tahini with ground sesame seeds (grind in a clean coffee grinder). It's kick ass to me!
